SIL A EXPORT SANITARIO is a one-part acetoxy silicone sealant which is applied in the form of a semi-fluid paste.
It cures with moisture producing in a few hours an elastic, middle modulus rubber that combines an excellent long-term
resistance to natural weathering, ultraviolet radiation, high and low temperatures with a good resistance to mould.
SIL A EXPORT SANITARIO provides excellent adhesion onto glass, glazed surfaces and some metals.
Its superior properties are retained after many years of exposure.
- For sealing joints of glass to glass, metal to metal, glass to metal in windows, glazed walls and
curtain walls
- For sealing air conditioning installations.
- In general for expansion joints where a good elongation
and adhesion to substrates is required,
coupled with outstanding resistance to weather, to
sunlight and to temperature extremes.
